 BE, BG,CZ,DK,DE,EE,IE,EL,ES,FR,IT,CY, LT,LU, HU,MT,NL,AT,RO,SI,SK,FI,SE,UK,HR 

 Data for Belgium refer to 2005 and to outpatient and low-threshold agencies. Data for Spain refer to 2007 and to outpatient centres and treatment units in prisons. Data for Malta refer to 2006 and to Outpatient and specialised inpatient treatment centres, low-threshold agencies and units in prison. Data for the Nethelands refer to outpatient centres, inpatient centres and low-threshold agencies. Data for Estonia refer to outpatient and inpatient centres.
