Mr Alexis Goosdeel, Director of the EMCDDA, is one of the speakers at the European policy dialogue meeting of the Peer2Peer Project Consortium - project co-funded by the DG HOME Programme of the EU on the scope of the supporting initiatives in the field of drugs policy and coordinated by APDES (Agência Piaget para o Desenvolvimento, Portugal).
