The European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA) is the leading authority on illicit drugs in the European Union.
The EMCDDA has developed the EU4Monitoring Drugs (EU4MD) project, which is funded by the European Union. A technical visit, organised with the Security Council office of the Prime Minister of Armenia, will take place in Yerevan, from 25 to 29 March. The aim of this visit is to establish closer partnership with national stakeholders under the EU4MD project, as well as develop tailored programme for capacity building based on priorities for the country.
