Organised by the Drug, Tobacco and Alcohol Control Department of Lithuania and European monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction.

Main objectives:

• Define the actual situation of New psychoactive substances in Europe and the country;
• Improve knowledge and highlight the potential for occupational exposure to fentanyls and some of the
• settings in which this may occur;
• Improve knowledge on law enforcement approaches to address the NPS market;
• Share information about how to ensure that first responders or employees working in the postal, law
• enforcement or other regulating sectors, and who are at high risk of poisoning could safely to perform their functions.
