Second Conference on Drug Policy – Support for the Implementation of the Ukrainian Drug Strategy

The aim of the conference is to promote dialogue and exchange of experiences between scientific, professional and policy communities, as well as to discuss modern evidence-based approaches to behavioural health, drug use prevention, HIV/HVC prevention, treatment and care, treatment of disorders, and rehabilitation of people who use drugs.

The main objective is to start outlining the ‘Ukrainian Drug Strategy 2020-2030’ for a more balanced policy for psychoactive substances. Outcomes of the conference include reviewing the current state of the implementation of the current drug strategy, discussing lessons learned, identifying actual under-achievements under the current strategy implementation, and outlining the way forward for 2020-2030.
