Summary

The T-ASI is a semistructured interview with 154 items using a multidimensional assessment, 70 ratings in 7 domains. It should be clinician-administered.

It is used for periodic evaluation of adolescent substance use. It is particularly useful for adolescents with psychoactive substance use disorders, adolescents with psychiatric disorders and comorbid psychoactive substance use disorders.
