Drug-related research is crucial to understanding Europe’s drug problems. It enables Europe to learn lessons from the past, to sharpen the awareness and monitoring of the present and to prepare for the future, by looking at issues such as resource allocation, best practices, and the piloting of innovative approaches.

- The Justice Programme call for proposals to support initiatives in the field of drug policy. Proposals should regard judicial cooperation and crime prevention; and contribute to the effective and coherent application of the EU Law and; support the development of new approaches (€ 45 million). Submit your proposal here by 22 April 2021 - 17:00 (Brussels time).
- Internal security fund call for proposals: projects on better law enforcement in the area of illicit drugs in particular of cocaine (€2.5 million). Submit your proposal here by 18 March 2021 17:00 (Brussels time)
