The EMCDDA has been implementing technical cooperation projects in Kosovo* since 2009. The current Kosovo’s national drugs strategy covers the period 2018–22. This strategy foresees, among other things, the setting up of a national drug observatory within the Secretariat for Strategies at the Ministry of Internal Affairs, tasked with gathering information and data from other institutions for analysis and evaluation, in order to prepare analytical reports for the National Drug Coordinator.
