Preparing IPA (Instrument of Pre-accession Assistance) beneficiary countries for their participation in the work of the EMCDDA. IPA 5 beneficiary countries are Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Kosovo*, Montenegro and Serbia.
Timetable: July 2015–June 2017
Objective: the overall objective is to support the IPA beneficiaries in their preparation for participation in the work of the EMCDDA and the Reitox network.
In order to achieve this, the project has defined a set of measurable, specific objectives:
- To consolidate the Institutional framework of the cooperation.
- To foster scientific cooperation in relation to data collection, analysis and interpretation.
- To develop, increase and promote the added value of the cooperation.
