The European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA) is the leading authority on illicit drugs in the European Union.
In May 2023, the EMCDDA and the Peruvian National Commission for Development and Life without Drugs (DEVIDA) signed a Working Arrangement. The new arrangement allows for cooperation in collecting, processing, summarising and analysing information on the drug situation at the national level.
