Background information
The guidelines were collected within the framework of the EC project on European standards in evidence for drug prevention under the Programme of Community Action in the field of Public Health (2003-2008). The project lead was Liverpool John Moores University, UK, with associate partners from Hungary, Italy, Poland, Romania and Spain. The project started in September 2008 and finished in November 2010.
