Notes:

Index: 1990 = 100. Numbers of cases per country per year are presented in Table DRD-2 part (i) and Table DRD-2 part (v) in the Statistical bulletin 2008.

Belgium did not provide data for 1998–2005, Denmark 2002–04, Spain and the United Kingdom 1990–93. A computation method, defined by the EMCDDA (2001), has been used to make corrections for this situation.
