In Sweden and Ireland, proportional changes are not presented because the latest year available was 2003. In Cyprus and Slovakia, the first year with available data is 2004.

Number of cases per country per year are presented in Table DRD-2.

In some countries, the ‘National definitions’ include a limited number of cases of deaths indirectly related to drug use. See Methodological notes in statistical bulletin.
