0 Most recent available data shown. Any data prior to 2005 not shown.

1 2005 to 2009 data.

2 2007 to 2009 data.

3 2008 to 2009 data.

4 2006 to 2009 data.

5 2009 data.

a Latest data available refer to 2006 (7.5 cases per million).

b In 2008, the number of cases on which no autopsy has been performed tripled (up to 32 cases) in comparison with previous years. Thus, the number reported for 2008 might be the lower limit, adding up to 201 cases if all 32 suspicious non confirmed cases were included.

c The law only distinguishes between small and large quantities. Thus, cases of possession and small-scale trafficking have been considered as 'use/possession for use' and cases of possession and trafficking of large quantities as 'dealing/trafficking'.

d Based on number of mentions of cannabis among all drug mentions, whether alone or with other drugs.

e Values are minimum price recorded and maximum price recorded and not the mean.
