DENMARK: 5-MeO-DMT added to list of controlled substances (22/11/2004) On the recommendation of The National Board of Health, the Danish Minister for the Interior and Health has decided to add the substance 5-MeO-DMT (5-Methoxy-N,N-dimethyltryptamin) to the Danish list of controlled substances.Consequently, the Minister has signed the Executive Order amending the Executive Order on Euphoriant Substances which will enter into force on 1 December 2004. Subsequently, 5-MeO-DMT may only be used for medical or scientific purposes. As soon as possible, the Executive Order will be entered into the ELDD legal text section.
